Our product is crafted from premium stainless steel ingots, meticulously melted using state-of-the-art electric furnaces, reaching temperatures between 1500 to 1600 ºC. This liquid steel is then transformed using a technologically advanced grooved high-speed rotating melt-extracting steel wheel, producing precision wires tailored to meet our customers' exact specifications. As the molten steel meets the wheel surface, it is propelled out through slots with extraordinary centrifugal force at exceptionally high speeds, rapidly cooling to form the finest steel fibers. Our water-cooled melting wheels ensure optimal cooling rates, enabling the production of steel fibers in a variety of materials and sizes.
