The fins integrated with our boiler superheater tubes are an innovative structural component designed to significantly boost heat transfer efficiency. These fins are primarily engineered to expand the heating surface area, thereby markedly enhancing the heat transfer rate. Crafted from high-grade metals such as 15CrMo, 12Cr1MoV, SA-210C, SA-213T91, and 30CrMoA, they offer outstanding high-temperature and corrosion resistance, ensuring reliable and long-lasting performance. The manufacturing process of these fins is meticulously optimized for cost-effectiveness and advanced processing technology.

The strategic use of fins effectively addresses the challenge of scaling on the inner walls of boiler superheater tubes. Scaling can significantly diminish the heat transfer area of the tube wall, adversely impacting heat transfer efficiency. By employing fins, not only is scaling mitigated, but the overall operating cost of boilers is reduced, as they decrease fuel consumption while enhancing boiler efficiency.


Functional characteristics of boiler tube fins:
1. Increase heating area: With fins boosting the surface area on the tube's exterior, smoke flowing between the fins can transfer heat more effectively to the medium inside (typically steam). This innovative design substantially amplifies the heat transfer capacity per unit volume.

2. Improve heat transfer efficiency: An expanded heating area directly correlates to a higher heat transfer coefficient, accelerating the heat transfer process. This enhancement is crucial for optimizing boiler efficiency and precise steam temperature control.

3. Diverse structural forms: Our fins come in various configurations, such as spiral designs that wrap continuously around the steel pipe and are securely attached using high-frequency welding to ensure durability. Alternatively, they can be separate circular sheets, which help minimize dust accumulation and prevent the formation of dead corners in certain applications.
