Functional characteristics of boiler tube fins:
1. Increase heating area: With fins boosting the surface area on the tube's exterior, smoke flowing between the fins can transfer heat more effectively to the medium inside (typically steam). This innovative design substantially amplifies the heat transfer capacity per unit volume.
2. Improve heat transfer efficiency: An expanded heating area directly correlates to a higher heat transfer coefficient, accelerating the heat transfer process. This enhancement is crucial for optimizing boiler efficiency and precise steam temperature control.
3. Diverse structural forms: Our fins come in various configurations, such as spiral designs that wrap continuously around the steel pipe and are securely attached using high-frequency welding to ensure durability.
