The innovative heating core of our Safe and Effective Leader Ceramic Heating Radiant Tube Electric Heater is meticulously engineered with U-shaped, axially arranged end-welded resistance wires supported by robust ceramic frames. Its design lacks shielding between the core and the outer protective sleeve, ensuring exceptional heat dissipation. The electric radiation tube boasts a rated working temperature of 1000 degrees Celsius, crafted from high-performance materials like Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb resistance wires. It achieves surface temperatures up to 1200 degrees Celsius. The maximum working temperature of these materials reaches 1000 degrees, supported by high alumina ceramic frames. The outer sleeve, made from cold drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel (1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2), offers excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, creep strength, and carburizing resistance. Designed with a high safety factor, the tube’s rated temperature is 1200 degrees, with 0Cr27AI7Mo2 resistance wires allowing a surface temperature of 1400 degrees. Short-term, it can endure 1250 degrees, with steel jade porcelain support frames and a Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy sleeve for superior oxidation resistance, capable of enduring 1300 degrees long-term and 1360 degrees short-term in oxidizing atmospheres. It excels in high-temperature, low oxygen, and sulfur-containing environments.
