The maximum operational temperature reaches a remarkable 1000 degrees, supported by high alumina ceramic components. Enveloped in a cold-drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe composed of 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, this material exhibits exceptional high-temperature oxidation resistance, superior high-temperature creep strength, and robust carburizing resistance. Designed for ultimate safety, our radiation tube material selection ensures reliability at a rated working temperature of 1200 degrees, using 0Cr27AI7Mo2 resistance wire. Experience elevated performance with surface temperatures reaching up to 1400 degrees. The tube's short-term working temperature peaks at 1250 degrees, complemented by a support frame crafted from steel jade porcelain. Featuring an outer protective sleeve made from cold-drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, it offers unmatched high oxidation resistance. Engineered to withstand prolonged exposure at 1300 degrees Celsius within oxidizing environments, it's fortified for short-term resistance up to 1360 degrees Celsius, making it ideal for high-temperature, low-oxygen partial pressure, and SC containing conditions.
