The heart of the Premium Leader Heating Electric Radiant Tube is ingeniously crafted from U-shaped axially aligned resistance wires, expertly welded at the ends and supported by ceramic frames. This design ensures optimal heat dissipation, as there is no barrier between the core and its protective sleeve. This radiant tube boasts a rated working temperature of 1000°C, constructed from top-quality resistance wire materials such as Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb. Its surface temperature is capable of reaching a remarkable 1200°C. For heightened performance, the tube's material can withstand a maximum temperature of 1000°C, with the support frame fashioned from high-grade alumina ceramics. Its outer shield is a marvel in itself, a cold drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe made from 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, known for its exceptional resistance against high-temperature oxidation, superior creep strength, and carburization resistance. This design ensures a robust safety margin. For more demanding applications, we offer a version with a rated working temperature of 1200°C, built from 0Cr27AI7Mo2 resistance wire, achieving surface temperatures up to 1400°C. In short bursts, it can withstand up to 1250°C, with a support framework of steel jade porcelain. The protective sleeve is composed of an Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, celebrated for its high oxidation resistance, enduring long-term use at 1300°C in oxidizing settings, and short-term resistance at 1360°C, making it ideal for high temperature, low oxygen partial pressure, and sulfur-containing environments.
