With a rated working temperature soaring to 1000 degrees, and surface temperatures reaching an impressive 1200 degrees, the radiant tube showcases resistance wires made from Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb. The durable outer sleeve, crafted from 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2 seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel, offers excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance and strength, even in carburizing environments. The innovative design aims for the pinnacle of safety and performance, supporting surfaces that reach up to 1400 degrees. A short-term maximum temperature of 1250 degrees is attainable with 0Cr27AI7Mo2 wires, all supported by steel jade porcelain frames and housed in a Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy sleeve. This resilient construction excels in high-temperature settings with low oxygen and SC presence, maintaining consistent performance and oxidation resistance at up to 1360 degrees Celsius.
