The sophisticated heating core of our Durable Leader Ceramic Heating Radiant Tube Electric Heater is ingeniously crafted from U-shaped end-welded resistance wires and ceramic support frames, promising unmatched efficiency. Without any shielding between the inner core and the outer protective sleeve, this design ensures excellent heat dissipation. Engineered for high performance, the electric radiation tube boasts a rated working temperature of 1000 degrees, with the resistance wire crafted from Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb. It can achieve a remarkable surface working temperature of up to 1200 degrees. Furthermore, the maximum working temperature for this radiant tube reaches an impressive 1000 degrees, thanks to the high alumina ceramic support frame. Encased in a resilient, cold drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe made of 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, it offers exceptional high-temperature oxidation resistance, high creep strength, and carburizing resistance. Our design and material selection priorities a high safety factor, ensuring peace of mind. Featuring a rated working temperature of 1200 degrees, the tube uses 0Cr27AI7Mo2 resistance wire, reaching a surface working temperature of 1400 degrees. For short durations, it can withstand up to 1250 degrees, supported by steel jade porcelain frames. The outer sleeve, an alloy of Fe Ni CrAI Re, excels in oxidation resistance, operating continuously at 1300 degrees Celsius even in oxidizing environments, and can endure short bursts at 1360 degrees. Ideal for high-temperature, low oxygen, and sulfur-containing settings.
