Our Reliable Ceramic Bobbin Heating Electric Heater for Furnace Use by Leader is engineered for excellence. The core of our electric heating radiant tube is crafted with U-shaped, axially aligned end-welded resistance wires, coupled with robust ceramic support frames. Designed without shielding between the core and the protective sleeve, it ensures excellent heat dissipation. With a rated working temperature of 1000°C, the resistance wire is composed of Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb, allowing surface temperatures to soar to 1200°C. This high-quality electric radiation tube achieves a peak temperature of 1000°C, supported by high alumina ceramic components. The outer sleeve is a meticulously crafted cold drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe, made of 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, renowned for outstanding high-temperature oxidation resistance, superior high-temperature creep strength, and resilience to carburizing. Designed with a high safety factor, our radiation tube reaches a rated working temperature of 1200°C with a resistance wire made from 0Cr27AI7Mo2, pushing surface temperatures to 1400°C. The maximum short-term working temperature is a remarkable 1250°C, supported by steel jade porcelain. Our cutting-edge outer sleeve, made from Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, is celebrated for its high oxidation resistance, performing long-term at 1300°C in oxidizing atmospheres and withstanding short-term exposure to 1360°C. Perfectly suited for high-temperature, low oxygen partial pressure, and SC containing environments, our heater elevates industrial performance.
