The innovative heating core of our Powerful Leader Electric Heater Furnace Element is ingeniously crafted with U-shaped axially aligned resistance wires, expertly welded at the ends and supported by durable ceramic frames. With no barriers between the inner core and its outer protective sleeve, heat dissipation is remarkably efficient. This electric heating radiant tube is rated for an impressive working temperature of 1000 degrees, utilizing top-quality resistance wire materials such as Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb, ensuring robust performance. The external surface can endure temperatures reaching 1200 degrees. With a maximum operational threshold of 1000 degrees, the framework incorporates high alumina ceramic parts, while the outer protective sleeve is constructed from cold-drawn seamless, thin-walled heat-resistant steel, made of 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2. This exceptional material boasts outstanding high-temperature oxidation resistance, remarkable creep strength under high temperatures, and decent resistance to carburization. Our design and material selection prioritize a high safety factor. Equipped with 0Cr27AI7Mo2 resistance wire, the rated working temperature elevates to 1200 degrees, with surface temperatures soaring to 1400 degrees. The short-term maximum working temperature is a staggering 1250 degrees, with the support frame made from steel jade porcelain. The outer sleeve, forged from Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, ensures superior oxidation resistance, performing consistently at 1300 degrees Celsius in oxidizing atmospheres, with short-term resilience up to 1360 degrees Celsius. Perfectly suited for environments with high temperatures, low oxygen partial pressure, and SC presence, it stands as a testament to advanced engineering and resilience.
