This core is meticulously crafted from U-shaped, axially aligned resistance wires and robust ceramic support frames, ensuring excellent heat dissipation. The tube boasts a remarkable rated working temperature of 1000 degrees Celsius, with resistance wires composed of Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb, capable of reaching a surface working temperature of 1200 degrees Celsius. For more demanding applications, the maximum working temperature for this electric radiant tube can achieve an impressive 1250 degrees Celsius, supported by high alumina ceramic parts and a cold drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe. Constructed from materials such as 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, this tube demonstrates superior high-temperature oxidation resistance and exceptional creep strength, making it ideal for environments characterized by high temperatures, low oxygen pressure, and sulphur compounds. With a high safety factor in design and material selection, this product promises reliability and durability in challenging conditions.
