This innovative design excludes any shielding between the core and its outer protective sleeve, ensuring optimal heat dissipation. Engineered for a rated working temperature of 1000 degrees, the resistance wires are composed of superior materials such as Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb, achieving surface temperatures up to a remarkable 1200 degrees. Our state-of-the-art electric radiation tube, crafted from these high-caliber materials, withstands extreme conditions with its high alumina ceramic support frames and cold-drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipes made of 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2. These materials offer exceptional high-temperature oxidation resistance, superior high-temperature creep strength, and dependable carburization resistance. Our radiation tube’s design and material choices reflect our commitment to safety, with a rated working temperature reaching 1200 degrees, crafted with resistance wire 0Cr27AI7Mo2, and surface temperatures soaring to 1400 degrees. This advanced tube can endure short-term temperatures up to 1250 degrees, supported by steel jade porcelain frames and protected by a cold-drawn seamless casing of Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy. This casing delivers outstanding oxidation resistance, operating continuously at 1300 degrees Celsius and exhibiting short-term resilience at 1360 degrees Celsius, making it ideal for extreme high-temperature and low oxygen environments.
