The support frame harnesses the durability of high alumina ceramic parts, and the outer sleeve, crafted from cold drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe (1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2), provides unmatched oxidation resistance and strength at high temperatures. For enhanced performance, our upgraded tubes with 0Cr27AI7Mo2 resistance wires can reach a rated working temperature of 1200 degrees and a surface temperature of 1400 degrees.
