The core comprises U-shaped axially arranged, end-welded resistance wires, and robust ceramic support frames, ensuring unparalleled heat dissipation with no inner core shielding. Designed for a rated working temperature of 1000 degrees, it incorporates advanced Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb resistance wire, achieving surface temperatures up to 1200 degrees. Our high alumina ceramic support frames, coupled with a cold drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe made from 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, provide exceptional high-temperature oxidation resistance, enhanced creep strength, and carburizing resistance. Expertly engineered, our radiation tube boasts a rated temperature of 1200 degrees with 0Cr27AI7Mo2 resistance wire, reaching surface temperatures of 1400 degrees. The maximum short-term operational threshold extends to 1250 degrees, backed by steel jade porcelain support. The outer protective sleeve, crafted from Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, showcases high oxidation resistance, maintaining performance at 1300 degrees in oxidizing atmospheres with short-term resilience up to 1360 degrees. Ideal for extreme conditions of high temperature, low oxygen partial pressure, and SC environments, this tube epitomizes safety and superior design.
