The absence of shielding between the inner core and the outer protective sleeve ensures excellent heat dissipation. Engineered to withstand a rated working temperature of up to 1000 degrees Celsius, the resistance wires are composed of either Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb, achieving a remarkable surface working temperature of 1200 degrees Celsius. For enhanced performance, the support frame incorporates high alumina ceramic parts. The outer protective sleeve is fashioned from a cold drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe, utilizing either 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2 for its superior high-temperature oxidation resistance and excellent high-temperature creep strength, with additional resistance to carburizing. This innovative electric radiation tube, boasting a design with a high safety factor, offers a rated working temperature of 1200 degrees, utilizing resistance wires made of 0Cr27AI7Mo2, capable of reaching a surface working temperature of 1400 degrees. Impressively, its maximum short-term working temperature touches 1250 degrees, with a support frame crafted from steel jade porcelain. Encased in a cold drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe composed of Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, it exhibits high oxidation resistance, ensuring longevity at 1300 degrees Celsius in oxidizing environments and short-term resilience at 1360 degrees Celsius. Ideal for high temperature settings, low oxygen partial pressures, and SC containing environments, this radiant tube is a hallmark of innovation and reliability.
