The core of the Leader Heating Electric Radiant Tube, our versatile electric heater, is ingeniously designed with U-shaped, axially arranged, end-welded resistance wires, and robust ceramic support frames. This efficient setup ensures excellent heat dissipation, with no shielding between the inner core and its outer protective sleeve. Crafted to withstand a rated working temperature of 1000 degrees Celsius, the resistance wire is made from premium materials such as Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb, allowing the surface to reach an impressive 1200 degrees Celsius. For superior performance, the maximum working temperature of this radiant tube can also soar to 1000 degrees Celsius, supported by high alumina ceramic parts. Encased in a cold-drawn, seamless, thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe made from 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, this material excels in high-temperature oxidation resistance, high-temperature creep strength, and offers remarkable carburization resistance. The sophisticated design and meticulous material selection ensure a high safety factor, enabling the electric radiation tube to achieve a rated working temperature of 1200 degrees. Its resistance wire crafted from 0Cr27AI7Mo2 allows the surface to hit 1400 degrees Celsius, and short-term operation peaks at 1250 degrees Celsius, all supported by durable steel jade porcelain frames. The outer protection features a cold drawn, seamless, thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe made from a Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, renowned for its outstanding oxidation resistance, capable of long-term operation at 1300 degrees Celsius in oxidizing environments and withstanding short-term oxidation up to 1360 degrees Celsius. This robust product is perfect for applications in high temperature, low oxygen partial pressure, and sulfur-containing environments.
