The Leader Electric Heater Furnace Element is a top-tier solution for advanced heating needs, featuring a superior heating core. This core comprises U-shaped, axially aligned, end-welded resistance wires supported by robust ceramic frames, ensuring excellent heat dissipation without shielding between the inner core and the outer sleeve. With a remarkable rated working temperature of 1000 degrees, this electric radiant tube employs resistance wires made from Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb, achieving surface temperatures up to 1200 degrees. Constructed from high-grade materials, the outer sleeve is crafted from cold-drawn, seamless, thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipes like 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2. These materials boast impressive high-temperature oxidation resistance, creep strength, and resistance to carburizing, ensuring durability and safety. The more advanced models, using resistance wires of 0Cr27AI7Mo2, elevate the rated working temperature to 1200 degrees, while surface temperatures soar to 1400 degrees and short-term peaks reach 1250 degrees. Supported by steel jade porcelain, and encased in Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy pipes, these tubes excel in maintaining oxidation resistance at 1300 degrees Celsius, withstanding short-term exposure up to 1360 degrees Celsius in challenging environments with low oxygen pressure and SC content.
