Introducing the superior heating core of our exceptional High-Performance Leader Heating Electric Radiant Tube. This cutting-edge component consists of U-shaped, axially arranged, end-welded resistance wires expertly supported by ceramic frames, ensuring efficient heat dissipation. Remarkably, there's no shielding between the core and its protective sleeve. Boasting a rated working temperature of 1000 degrees, the resistance wire is crafted from premium Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb, allowing the surface temperature to soar to an impressive 1200 degrees. Constructed from high alumina ceramic, the support frame exemplifies durability and reliability. The outer protective sleeve, fashioned from cold-drawn, seamless, thin-walled, heat-resistant steel (1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2), offers excellent oxidation resistance, formidable creep strength, and remarkable carburizing resistance. The design embodies a high safety factor, with the rated working temperature reaching 1200 degrees. Composed of 0Cr27AI7Mo2, the resistance wire allows the surface temperature to reach a remarkable 1400 degrees, with maximum short-term capability of 1250 degrees. Our steel jade porcelain support frame guarantees stability, while the Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy protective sleeve excels with long-term oxidation resistance at 1300 degrees Celsius and short-term resistance at 1360 degrees Celsius. Perfectly suited for extreme environments with high temperatures, low oxygen, and SC presence.
