The innovative heating core of our High-Performance Leader Ceramic Heating Radiant Tube Electric Heater features U-shaped, axially aligned, end-welded resistance wires supported by durable ceramic frames. Designed without shielding between the core and its protective sleeve, this design ensures efficient heat dispersion. With a rated working temperature soaring to 1000 degrees Celsius, the resistance wire is crafted from premium Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb materials. The outer surface temperature reaches an impressive 1200 degrees, with the capacity to endure a maximum working temperature of 1000 degrees, thanks to high alumina ceramic support frames. Encased in a cold-drawn, seamless, thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe, made from 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2 materials, it boasts exceptional high-temperature oxidation resistance, superior high-temperature creep strength, and robust carburizing resistance. Our meticulously designed radiation tube features a superior safety factor. For more demanding applications, the tube can withstand a rated working temperature of up to 1200 degrees, using 0Cr27AI7Mo2 resistance wire. The surface reaches 1400 degrees, with a maximum short-term capability of 1250 degrees. The protective sleeve, constructed from Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy steel, offers formidable oxidation resistance, enduring long-term exposure to 1300 degrees Celsius in oxidizing atmospheres and short-term resistance up to 1360 degrees. Perfectly suited for high-temperature, low oxygen partial pressure environments, including those containing SC.
