Precision-engineered, the electric radiant tube operates at a rated temperature of 1000 degrees, employing resistance wires composed of either Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb, enabling the surface working temperature to soar to 1200 degrees. For unparalleled performance, the electric radiation tube, crafted from these materials, achieves a maximum working temperature of 1000 degrees, supported by durable high alumina ceramic components. The outer protective sleeve is meticulously crafted from cold drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipes, made of either 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2. This choice of material ensures superior high-temperature oxidation resistance, remarkable high-temperature creep strength, and robust resistance to carburizing. With a design and material selection that prioritizes an exceptional safety factor, the electric radiant tube reaches a rated working temperature of 1200 degrees, utilizing resistance wire made of 0Cr27AI7Mo2. This allows the surface working temperature to escalate to an impressive 1400 degrees. The maximum short-term working temperature, achieved with this material, is a staggering 1250 degrees, supported by steel jade porcelain. The outer protective sleeve, crafted from a cold drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe made of an advanced Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, exhibits high oxidation resistance. It is adept at long-term operation at 1300 degrees Celsius in oxidizing atmospheres and offers short-term oxidation resistance up to 1360 degrees Celsius. Ideal for high-temperature applications in environments with low oxygen partial pressure and SC content.
