Functional characteristics of boiler tube fins:
1. Increase heating area: The fins ingeniously expand the surface area on the tube's exterior, enabling the smoke flowing amidst the fins to efficiently transfer heat to the medium inside the tube, typically steam. This advanced design substantially augments the heat transfer capacity for each unit of volume, offering unparalleled performance benefits.
2. Improve heat transfer efficiency: A significantly enlarged heating area correlates directly with a heightened heat transfer coefficient.
