Functional characteristics of boiler tube fins:
1. Increase heating area: Fins augment the external surface area of the tubes. This expansion allows the smoke traversing the fins to transfer heat more effectively to the medium inside the tubes, typically steam. This innovative design profoundly boosts heat transfer capacity per unit volume.

2. Improve heat transfer efficiency: Enlarging the heating area directly elevates the heat transfer coefficient, making the heat transfer process swifter and more efficient. This enhancement is vital for ensuring optimal boiler efficiency and precision in steam temperature management.

3. Diverse structural forms: Fins can adopt a spiral shape, wrapping continuously around the steel pipes, secured by high-frequency welding for durability.
