The radiant tube reaches an impressive rated working temperature of 1000°C, while the high-performance Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb resistance wires achieve surface temperatures up to 1200°C. Our high alumina ceramic support frames add to the overall integrity, and the outer sleeve, fashioned from superior-grade 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, boasts excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, high creep strength, and resilience to carburizing. With a remarkable safety margin, the tube can function at 1200°C, with 0Cr27AI7Mo2 wires elevating surface temperatures to 1400°C, and short-term operation possible at 1250°C with jade porcelain supports. Our advanced Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy sleeve thrives in oxidizing atmospheres, enduring long-term conditions at 1300°C and short-term peaks at 1360°C. Perfectly suited for high-temperature, low-oxygen, and SC-enriched environments.

What's your packing for steel fibers?

Our regular packing is packed by carton box, 20kgs/carton x 50 cartons on a pallet (1000kgs net weight per pallet). It can also be customized.

What's the lead time?

Lead time usually takes about 7-10 days based on the quantity.

What's your payment term?

We do Trade Assurance on or TT, 30% advance payment and 70% against by copy of BL.
