With its high safety margin, our tubes withstand a peak operational temperature of 1000 degrees, supported by high alumina ceramic frameworks. Encased in a sleek, cold drawn, seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe crafted from 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, they boast high-temperature oxidation resistance, remarkable high-temperature creep strength, and robust resistance to carburizing. Our design seamlessly integrates safety with exceptional material selection. For heightened performance, our tubes with resistance wire 0Cr27AI7Mo2 achieve rated working temperatures of 1200 degrees and surface temperatures reaching an astounding 1400 degrees. Designed for peak short-term performance at 1250 degrees, and fortified with steel jade porcelain support frames, they are enveloped in a protective sleeve of Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, ensuring unparalleled oxidation resistance. These tubes function efficiently in demanding environments characterized by high temperatures, reduced oxygen partial pressures, and sulfur compounds.
