The Leader Electric Heater Furnace Element by Jiangsu Leader Special Steel Products Co., Ltd is engineered with an advanced heating core, featuring an intricate composition of U-shaped, axially arranged, end-welded resistance wires and robust ceramic support frames. This innovative design, devoid of shielding between the inner core and outer protective sleeve, ensures exceptional heat dissipation. The electric radiation tube boasts a remarkable rated working temperature of 1000 degrees Celsius, utilizing top-grade resistance wires made of Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb, while its surface working temperature impressively reaches 1200 degrees Celsius. With an outstanding material composition, the electric radiation tube can achieve a peak working temperature of 1000 degrees Celsius, supported by high alumina ceramic components. The outer protective sleeve is meticulously crafted from cold-drawn, seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe, composed of 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, which provides excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance and superior strength against high-temperature creep and carburization. Designed with an elevated safety factor, the electric radiation tube's rated working temperature is elevated to 1200 degrees with 0Cr27AI7Mo2 resistance wires, offering an impressive surface working temperature of 1400 degrees. The maximum short-term working temperature of this material reaches 1250 degrees, supported by durable steel jade porcelain frames. The outer casing, a masterpiece of Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, ensures high oxidation resistance, allowing prolonged operations at 1300 degrees Celsius in oxidizing environments and short-term stability up to 1360 degrees Celsius. This product is perfectly suited for high-temperature, low-oxygen, and sulfur-containing environments.
