Product Description

The core of the electric heating radiant tube is ingeniously crafted with U-shaped, axially arranged end-welded resistance wires supported on ceramic frames. Designed without any shielding between the inner core and outer protective sleeve, this configuration ensures excellent heat dissipation. With an impressive rated working temperature of up to 1000 degrees, the resistance wires are available in Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb, achieving surface temperatures as high as 1200 degrees. Leveraging high alumina ceramic parts for support frames, the construction guarantees durability. The outer protective sleeve is expertly made from cold-drawn, seamless, thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe, using 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2 materials, renowned for high-temperature oxidation resistance and superior creep strength. This highly dependable design can withstand harsh environments, including high-temperature, low oxygen, and sulfur-containing atmospheres. The elevated safety factor ensures reliable performance across diverse applications.

What's your packing for steel fibers?

Our regular packing is packed by carton box, 20kgs/carton x 50 cartons on a pallet (1000kgs net weight per pallet). It can also be customized.
