The heart of our Leader Electric Heater Furnace Element lies in its expertly engineered heating core. This core is a masterpiece, composed of U-shaped, precisely aligned end welded resistance wires elegantly supported by ceramic frames. Without any internal shielding, the core boasts exceptional heat dissipation. With a rated working temperature of 1000 degrees, the radiant tube utilizes resistance wires made from Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb, achieving a remarkable surface working temperature of 1200 degrees. This marvel of engineering allows for a maximum working temperature of 1000 degrees, with high alumina ceramic components fortifying the support frame. The outer sleeve is crafted from a cold drawn, seamless, thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe, utilizing robust materials like 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2. These materials offer outstanding high-temperature oxidation resistance, superior creep strength, and notable carburizing resistance. The design and material choices enhance safety, with tubes rated to 1200 degrees using 0Cr27AI7Mo2 resistance wires, and capable of reaching 1400 degrees on the surface. For brief periods, they can withstand up to 1250 degrees, reinforced by steel jade porcelain frames and an outer sleeve of Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy. This allows prolonged operation at 1300 degrees Celsius in oxidizing atmospheres, resisting oxidation short-term at 1360 degrees, making them ideal for extreme environments with low oxygen and sulfur compounds.
