Designed to perform at a stellar rated working temperature of 1000 degrees, utilizing premium Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb resistance wires, it achieves an impressive surface working temperature of 1200 degrees. For added robustness, the outer protective sleeve is fashioned from a cold drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe, made of 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, ensuring outstanding high-temperature oxidation resistance and enhanced creep strength. With a focus on safety and durability, this radiant tube operates with a high safety factor, further accentuated by its steel jade porcelain support frame and a state-of-the-art outer protective sleeve crafted from Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy. It excels in environments characterized by high temperatures, low oxygen partial pressures, and SC containing atmospheres, operating efficiently at 1300 degrees Celsius with short-term resistance up to 1360 degrees Celsius.
