The electric heating radiant tube heater from Leader is a masterpiece of engineering, featuring a core composed of U-shaped resistance wires seamlessly welded and supported by ceramic frames. Unshielded, the inner core and outer sleeve work in perfect harmony for optimal heat dissipation. Designed for a rated working temperature of 1000 degrees, the resistance wires are crafted from Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb, capable of reaching surface temperatures up to 1200 degrees. The radiant tube boasts a remarkable high-temperature performance, maxing out at 1000 degrees, with its structural integrity reinforced by high alumina ceramic parts. Encased in a cold drawn seamless thin-walled steel pipe made from 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, it excels in resisting high-temperature oxidation, creep, and carburization. With a high safety factor, the tube's rated temperature can soar to 1200 degrees using 0Cr27AI7Mo2 wires, achieving surface temperatures up to 1400 degrees. The peak short-term limit reaches 1250 degrees, supported by durable steel jade porcelain, and a protective sleeve of Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy that withstands oxidation at 1300 degrees, withstanding surges up to 1360 degrees. Perfect for high-temperature, low-oxygen, and SC-rich environments.
