Product Description

Discover the innovative engineering behind our Leader Electric Heater's radiant tube. The core features a U-shaped, axially aligned setup with end-welded resistance wires supported by ceramic frames, ensuring efficient heat dissipation without any shielding between the core and its protective sleeve. Designed for robust performance, it boasts a rated working temperature of 1000 degrees, utilizing Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb resistance wire to achieve surface temperatures of up to 1200 degrees. The tube's outer protective sleeve is crafted from a cold-drawn, seamless, thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe, made from 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, providing excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, creep strength, and carburizing resistance. With a high safety factor, the tube's resistance wire can withstand short-term temperatures of 1250 degrees, supported by steel jade porcelain frames. Wrapped in a cold-drawn, seamless protective sleeve composed of a Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, this tube operates efficiently at 1300 degrees in oxidizing environments, and resists short-term oxidation up to 1360 degrees, making it ideal for high-temperature, low-oxygen, SC-containing settings.

What's your packing for steel fibers?

Our regular packing is packed by carton box, 20kgs/carton x 50 cartons on a pallet (1000kgs net weight per pallet). It can also be customized.
