The ingenious design of our electric heating radiant tube heater showcases a meticulously crafted heating core, consisting of U-shaped, axially arranged end-welded resistance wires supported by robust ceramic frames. This design, devoid of shielding between the inner core and outer protective sleeve, facilitates exceptional heat dissipation. Operating at an impressive rated working temperature of 1000 degrees, our resistance wire is made from premium Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb materials, pushing surface temperatures to a phenomenal 1200 degrees. The remarkable capability of withstanding up to 1000 degrees, thanks to high alumina ceramic support frames, ensures reliability and durability. Encased within a cold-drawn, seamless, thin-walled, heat-resistant steel sleeve crafted from 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2 materials, this heater offers excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, superior creep strength, and carburizing resistance. Engineered with a high safety factor, this radiant tube reaches rated working temperatures of 1200 degrees, with resistance wire made of 0Cr27AI7Mo2, elevating surface temperatures to 1400 degrees. For short durations, it withstands a staggering 1250 degrees, while the steel jade porcelain support frame and its Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy sleeve provide unmatched oxidation resistance up to 1300 degrees in oxidizing atmospheres, with short-term resilience at 1360 degrees. Perfectly suited for high-temperature, low-oxygen, and SC-rich environments.
