Crafted from these materials, the electric radiation tube excels with a maximum working temperature of 1000 degrees, supported by high alumina ceramic parts. The outer protective sleeve, a marvel in engineering, is constructed from cold-drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel, using either 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, renowned for their high-temperature oxidation resistance and durability. The meticulously chosen design and materials ensure a high safety factor. For those demanding even more from their heating solutions, the rated working temperature can be pushed to a stunning 1200 degrees with 0Cr27AI7Mo2 resistance wires, and a surface temperature soaring to 1400 degrees. In critical applications, this radiant tube can withstand short-term peaks of 1250 degrees, supported by robust steel jade porcelain frames. The outer sleeve's construction from Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy offers unparalleled oxidation resistance, functioning reliably at 1300 degrees Celsius in oxidizing conditions, with short-term resilience at 1360 degrees Celsius.
