Engineered to withstand a rated working temperature of 1000 degrees, the resistance wire is made of superior materials such as Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb, allowing the surface temperature to soar to 1200 degrees. The cutting-edge materials and construction enable the electric radiation tube to achieve a maximum working temperature of 1000 degrees, supported by high alumina ceramic parts. Encased in a meticulously constructed cold drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe crafted from 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, this heater exhibits remarkable high-temperature oxidation resistance, creep strength, and carburizing resistance. Moreover, the impeccable design and material choice enhance safety with a rated working temperature upgrade to 1200 degrees, utilizing resistance wire of 0Cr27AI7Mo2 that enables surface temperatures of up to 1400 degrees. The apex short-term working temperature reaches an impressive 1250 degrees, supported by steel jade porcelain frames. Encased in a premium Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy sleeve, this heater promises longevity at 1300 degrees Celsius in oxidizing atmospheres and demonstrates exceptional resistance at 1360 degrees, making it ideal for high-temperature, low oxygen, and SC-rich environments.
