This sophisticated electric radiation tube boasts a commendable rated operational temperature of 1000 degrees, utilizing high-quality resistance wires such as Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb, extending its surface working temperature to a soaring 1200 degrees. Engineered with precision, the tube can achieve an astonishing peak temperature of 1000 degrees, supported by high alumina ceramic components. The tube's outer protective sleeve, a marvel of cold-drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel, is available in 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, offering outstanding high-temperature oxidation resistance and resilience against carburizing. Designed with safety and performance in mind, the tube can reach a rated temperature of 1200 degrees with 0Cr27AI7Mo2 resistance wires, pushing the surface temperature to an impressive 1400 degrees. It handles a maximum short-term working temperature of 1250 degrees, with a robust steel jade porcelain support frame. The outer sleeve, composed of Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, withstands high oxidation, enduring prolonged exposure to 1300 degrees Celsius in oxidizing environments and short-term resistance up to 1360 degrees Celsius. Ideal for operations in extreme high-temperature, low-oxygen, and SC-containing conditions.
