The molten steel is then transformed using a high-speed, grooved rotating melt-extraction wheel. This cutting-edge technique allows us to produce wires perfectly tailored to meet the specific requirements of our discerning customers. The liquid steel is expertly propelled outward by centrifugal force at remarkable speeds, simultaneously cooling and solidifying to form high-quality steel fibers. The cooling process is meticulously maintained by water, ensuring consistently rapid cooling and forming of the fibers. This sophisticated method empowers us to produce a diverse range of materials and steel fibers in various sizes, catering to different industrial needs.
