The core of our Premium Quality Leader Ceramic Heating Radiant Tube Electric Heater is engineered with precision: it features U-shaped resistance wires axially aligned and end-welded to robust ceramic support frames. This advanced design ensures unshielded heat dissipation between the inner core and its protective sleeve, optimizing thermal efficiency. The radiant tube boasts a rated working temperature of 1000°C, using high-grade resistance wires of Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb, with a surface temperature capability of 1200°C. Capable of enduring up to 1000°C, these tubes are supported by high-alumina ceramic parts. The protective sleeve is crafted from cold-drawn, seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel, either 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, noted for exceptional high-temperature oxidation resistance, creep strength, and carburization resistance. Designed with safety in mind, another variant features a rated temperature of 1200°C, utilizing 0Cr27AI7Mo2 resistance wires, and achieves surface temperatures up to 1400°C. It withstands short-term peaks of 1250°C and is supported by steel jade porcelain. The outer sleeve, made from Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, excels in oxidation resistance, enduring prolonged exposure to 1300°C in oxidizing environments and short-term resistance up to 1360°C. Engineered for high-temperature, low-oxygen partial pressure, and sulfur-containing conditions, this is a pinnacle of modern heating technology.
