The heart of the Leader Ceramic Heating Radiant Tube Electric Heater is its meticulously engineered heating core, crafted with U-shaped, axially aligned end-welded resistance wires, supported by robust ceramic frames. This ingenious design ensures remarkable thermal efficiency, as the absence of shielding between the core and the protective sleeve allows for optimal heat dissipation. Engineered for excellence, the radiant tube boasts a rated temperature of an impressive 1000 degrees, utilizing high-performance resistance wires made from Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb. Its surface can withstand a blazing 1200 degrees. At the pinnacle of durability, the maximum operating temperature reaches 1000 degrees, supported by high alumina ceramic components. The protective sleeve is crafted from cold-drawn, seamless, thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipes, made from 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, renowned for exceptional high-temperature oxidation resistance, superior creep strength, and resistance to carburization. The product's design and material make it exceptionally safe and reliable. Pushing the boundaries further, the heater's rated working temperature can reach 1200 degrees, with an alternative resistance wire option of 0Cr27AI7Mo2, capable of withstanding surface temperatures as high as 1400 degrees. For short durations, the radiant tube can operate at a scorching 1250 degrees, with support frames made from steel jade porcelain. The surrounding sleeve, composed of Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, offers unmatched oxidation resistance, enabling sustained operation at 1300 degrees in oxidizing atmospheres and short-term resilience at 1360 degrees. This heater is the ideal choice for high-temperature applications requiring low oxygen partial pressure and environments containing SC.
