The heart of our Smart Leader Ceramic Heating Radiant Tube Electric Heater is a sophisticated, U-shaped axially arranged end welded resistance wire, seamlessly supported by robust ceramic frames. Designed without any shielding between the core and the durable outer sleeve, it ensures excellent heat dissipation. Crafted with precision, the rated working temperature of this innovative radiant tube reaches a remarkable 1000 degrees. The resistance wire is made from premium materials like Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb, allowing the surface temperature to peak at 1200 degrees. Maximum efficiency and safety are core to the design, with high alumina ceramic parts forming the support frame. Encased in a high-quality, cold drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe of 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, this protective sleeve offers superior high-temperature oxidation resistance and remarkable carburizing resistance. Our design boasts an impressive safety margin, with the resistance wire of the electric radiation tube crafted from 0Cr27AI7Mo2 to achieve a surface working temperature of up to 1400 degrees. This advanced design supports a maximum short-term working temperature of 1250 degrees, with the support frame engineered from steel jade porcelain. The outer protective sleeve, created from Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, excels in high oxidation resistance, performing reliably in oxidizing environments at up to 1300 degrees Celsius and short-term conditions of 1360 degrees Celsius, making it perfect for high-temperature, low oxygen, and SC-rich environments.
