The durable high alumina ceramic parts and seamless steel pipe outer sleeve, made from 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, provide exceptional high-temperature oxidation resistance and structural integrity. The advanced design enhances safety, enabling long-term operation at 1300 degrees and short-term endurance up to 1360 degrees in challenging environments. With materials like 0Cr27AI7Mo2, the tube achieves a maximum short-term temperature of 1250 degrees, supported by steel jade porcelain frames, offering unmatched performance in high-temperature, low-oxygen, and SC-rich atmospheres.
