The radiant tube boasts a remarkable rated working temperature of 1000 degrees, built with top-tier resistance wire materials like Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb, achieving surface temperatures up to 1200 degrees. The high alumina ceramic parts strengthen the support frame, while an outer protective sleeve, crafted from cold-drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel (1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2), offers exceptional high-temperature oxidation resistance, creep strength, and carburizing resistance. Explore the high safety factor engineering, with options for a rated working temperature of 1200 degrees using 0Cr27AI7Mo2 resistance wire, reaching maximum short-term working temperatures of 1250 degrees. The cold-drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe, built from Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, provides outstanding oxidation resistance, enduring long-term operations at 1300 degrees Celsius in oxidizing atmospheres and short-term exposure at 1360 degrees Celsius.
