With no obstruction between the inner core and the outer sleeve, it ensures optimal heat dispersion. Remarkably, the rated working temperature reaches an impressive 1000 degrees, thanks to resistance wires made from Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb. The surface temperature capability can soar to 1200 degrees, facilitating high-efficiency heating applications. Its structure includes high alumina ceramic support and a cold-drawn seamless thin-walled protective sleeve crafted from 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, materials renowned for their superior high-temperature oxidation resistance and exceptional creep strength. This cutting-edge design guarantees a high safety factor. For even greater performance, the electric radiation tube, utilizing 0Cr27AI7Mo2 resistance wire, withstands a rated working temperature of 1200 degrees, with a surface temperature reaching up to 1400 degrees. The maximum short-term operational temperature extends to 1250 degrees. This advanced component is supported by steel jade porcelain and encased in a protective sleeve made from Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, offering remarkable oxidation resistance at sustained high temperatures of 1300 degrees Celsius and short-term conditions of 1360 degrees Celsius.
