The electric radiation tube is designed to withstand a remarkable rated working temperature of 1000 degrees, crafted from high-quality resistance wire materials like Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb. Experience unparalleled performance with a surface working temperature reaching up to 1200 degrees. The maximum working temperature of this cutting-edge electric radiation tube can soar to 1000 degrees, thanks to its high-alumina ceramic support frame. Encased in a cold-drawn seamless thin-walled protective steel pipe made from 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, this heater boasts superior high-temperature oxidation resistance, impressive creep strength, and resistance to carburizing. The meticulously selected design and materials ensure a high safety factor, withstanding a rated working temperature of 1200 degrees and featuring resistance wires made from 0Cr27AI7Mo2. Elevate your heating experience with surface temperatures reaching 1400 degrees, and short-term working temperatures of up to 1250 degrees, supported by steel jade porcelain frames. The outer protective sleeve, crafted from Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, offers exceptional oxidation resistance, operating efficiently at 1300 degrees Celsius in oxidizing environments and providing short-term durability at 1360 degrees Celsius. Perfectly suited for high-temperature, low-oxygen partial pressure, and sulfur-containing environments.
