With a rated operational temperature soaring up to 1000 degrees, the resistance wires are made from premium Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb materials. This empowers the surface to reach an impressive 1200 degrees. The high alumina ceramic support frames further bolster the durability. Encased in a cold drawn, seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe, made from superior 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2 materials, it boasts remarkable high-temperature oxidation resistance and superior creep strength. The careful design and meticulous material selection promise a high safety factor. For even more demanding applications, a variant with 0Cr27AI7Mo2 resistance wire offers a rated working temperature of 1200 degrees and surfaces that can withstand up to 1400 degrees. The short-term maximum temperature reaches 1250 degrees, supported by resilient steel jade porcelain frames and encased in a cutting-edge Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy sleeve, maintaining high oxidation resistance even at 1360 degrees Celsius. Perfect for high-temperature, low-oxygen, and sulfur-containing environments.
