The innovative heating core of our electric heating radiant tube features an advanced design composed of U-shaped, axially aligned end welded resistance wires supported by precision-engineered ceramic frames. With no shielding between the core and the exterior sleeve, the tube boasts excellent heat dissipation properties. Crafted for superior performance, the electric radiant tube achieves an impressive rated working temperature of 1000 degrees, using Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb for the resistance wire. The surface temperature can soar to 1200 degrees. The premium materials, including high alumina ceramic support frames and cold drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipes (1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2), ensure unmatched high-temperature oxidation resistance, superb creep strength, and resistance to carburizing. Our exceptional design provides a robust safety margin, enabling a rated working temperature of 1200 degrees with resistance wire of 0Cr27AI7Mo2, reaching surface temps of up to 1400 degrees. For short-term operations, the tube can withstand temperatures up to 1250 degrees, supported by steel jade porcelain frames. The outer protective sleeve, made from Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, delivers high oxidation resistance, allowing continuous operation at 1300 degrees Celsius in oxidizing atmospheres, withstanding short-term exposure up to 1360 degrees Celsius. Ideal for demanding environments with high temperatures and varying oxygen levels.
