The outer sleeve, a masterpiece of 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2 seamless steel, offers unparalleled high-temperature oxidation resistance and strength. In designs utilizing 0Cr27AI7Mo2, the radiant tube excels at a rated temperature of 1200 degrees, with a surface endurance of 1400 degrees and short-term peaks of 1250 degrees. The Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy outer sleeve supports sustained use at 1300 degrees in oxidizing environs and resists oxidation up to 1360 degrees, making it ideal for extreme conditions.
