The core of the Leader Electric Heater's radiant tube boasts an innovative U-shaped design featuring axially arranged, end-welded resistance wires paired with ceramic support frames. This sophisticated composition ensures optimal heat dissipation due to the absence of shielding between the inner core and the outer protective sleeve. With a robust rated working temperature reaching 1000 degrees, the resistance wire is crafted from high-quality Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb, enabling surface temperatures up to 1200 degrees. For even higher performance, a variant with resistance wire material 0Cr27AI7Mo2 achieves a rated working temperature of 1200 degrees, elevating surface temperature capabilities to an impressive 1400 degrees. The tube can endure a maximum short-term temperature of 1250 degrees, supported by high alumina ceramic parts and steel jade porcelain frames, ensuring durability. The outer protective sleeve, made from cold drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipes, whether 1Cr25Ni20Si2, 1Cr25Ni35Si2, or Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, offers exceptional high-temperature oxidation resistance and remarkable strength against carburizing, allowing for long-term use at temperatures up to 1300 degrees Celsius. Its design is ideal for high-temperature environments with low oxygen partial pressure and SC-containing atmospheres.
