The innovative heating core of the Leader Electric Heater's radiant tube is ingeniously crafted with U-shaped, axially-aligned, end-welded resistance wires nestled within ceramic support frames. Enjoy superior heat dissipation without any shielding between the inner core and the outer protective sleeve. With a remarkable rated working temperature of 1000 degrees, our radiant tube is engineered using premium Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb resistance wire material. The surface working temperature impressively reaches 1200 degrees, while the maximum working temperature touches 1000 degrees thanks to high alumina ceramic parts in the support frame. The outer protective shell is expertly made from a cold-drawn, seamless, thin-walled, heat-resistant steel pipe crafted from 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, offering remarkable high-temperature oxidation resistance, superior creep strength, and commendable resistance to carburizing. Designed with a high safety factor, the tube's rated working temperature elevates to 1200 degrees, and with the 0Cr27AI7Mo2 resistance wire, the surface working temperature peaks at 1400 degrees. Experience the pinnacle of performance with a maximum short-term working temperature of 1250 degrees and robust steel jade porcelain support frames. The outer shell, forged from cold-drawn, seamless, thin-walled pipes made of Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy, boasts exceptional oxidation resistance and can withstand prolonged exposure at 1300 degrees Celsius in oxidizing atmospheres, withstanding short-term conditions up to 1360 degrees Celsius, ideal for high-temperature, low-oxygen, and SC-containing environments.
