The heart of our advanced electric heating radiant tube is an expertly crafted core, featuring U-shaped end welded resistance wires and ceramic support frames, which guarantees unparalleled heat dissipation without any shielding between the core and its protective sleeve. Designed for a rated working temperature of 1000 degrees, the resistance wire options of Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21AI6Nb ensure robust performance, with the surface capable of handling temperatures up to 1200 degrees. Our design and material choices boast a remarkable safety factor, with a maximum working temperature reaching 1250 degrees using high-grade steel jade porcelain support frames. The protective sleeve, crafted from cold drawn seamless thin-walled heat-resistant steel pipe, such as 1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 1Cr25Ni35Si2, showcases impressive attributes like high-temperature oxidation resistance, outstanding high-temperature creep strength, and notable carburizing resistance. Additionally, our Fe Ni CrAI Re alloy sleeves endure prolonged high-temperature conditions, performing admirably in harsh environments such as low oxygen partial pressure and SC-containing atmospheres, withstanding 1300 degrees long-term and 1360 degrees short-term oxidation.

What's your packing for steel fibers?

Our regular packing is packed by carton box, 20kgs/carton x 50 cartons on a pallet (1000kgs net weight per pallet). It can also be customized.
